The prices provided are exclusively for direct reservations, not via booking platforms.

Included in the price are the tourist tax, bed linen, towels, cleaning services, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi access.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 48 hours of issuing the booking confirmation invoice. The remaining balance, along with a damage deposit of €300 (or its equivalent in GBP), must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days after a property inspection, in the same currency it was paid.

Bookings made within 8 weeks from the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of the booking.

Reservations for parties, large social events, or 'Hen' or 'Stag' gatherings will not be accepted.

Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Smoking or vaping within the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this will result in an additional cleaning charge. If guests wish to smoke outside please use the ashtrays provided.
