For those budding racers out there, why not visit one of the local outdoor karting circuits. Not that we have tried them but here are some local circuits that look great fun.
Karting de Périgord
Just 27 minutes away in the village of Teyjat, you can enjoy the splendid Périgord circuit track with friends and family. Karts ranging from 4 to 28 horsepower, as well as two-seater karts (accessible to children from 4 years old when accompanied by an adult), are available for your enjoyment.
Circuit des Renardières
Many of today's leading professional racing drivers began their careers in karting, so give it a try and you might just get hooked! Located just 22 minutes drive away in Chalus, it offers karts suitable for all skill levels. There's also a two-seater kart available, ideal for introducing children as young as four to the sport or for those who are hesitant to drive solo.
Passion Karting 16
Located a bit further away (42 minutes) in Taponnat-Fleuignac. Children from the age of 7 can safely learn to drive karts tailored to their age and size. Experience the life of a real racer with sport-style karts! Enjoy yourself safely with assured excitement. Additionally, two-seater karts are available for children older than 4 years, as well as for adults who would rather be passengers.
