La Grange du Saule is a self-catering holiday rental spanning over two floors, it has been meticulously renovated
to a high standard and offers four spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests plus two infants in cots.

The gîte offers two king-size rooms with luxury en-suite shower rooms, another king size room, and a twin room.
Two cots are available for infants under two years of age. The main family bathroom features a roll top bath and contemporary shower. One king size bedroom, located on the ground floor, has French doors opening onto the rear patio.
High quality towels and bed linen are provided, with beds prepared for your arrival.
All bedrooms have electric radiators for cooler months.
Indoor Spaces
The ground floor hosts a comfortable lounge with a log burner, ideal for the cooler months, a smart TV with multi-language channels, and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout.
The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, including an electric oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, standalone fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. Essential items like crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, and ovenware are supplied, along with plastic outdoor crockery and glasses for poolside use or for younger guests.
The dining room features a large table and French doors leading to rear outdoor seating, dining, and BBQ areas. Cushions, a tablecloth, and place-mats are provided.
A selection of books, games, and children's toys are at your disposal, and a baby bundle is provided for infants under two.
Outdoors
The patio offers a scenic spot for alfresco dining, complete with a table, chairs, and comfortable seating, plus a large stone barbecue.
The swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests of La Grange de Saule, opens from June to September or longer if the weather permits, and designated pool towels are provided. Sun loungers, tables, chairs, and picnic areas are at your disposal.
The courtyard offers generous private parking for several vehicles. Located adjacent to a family residence, the amenities are exclusively for guest use.

Additional Information
The property is equipped with smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide alarm for your safety.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the premises.
Bookings are not accepted for parties, large social gatherings, or ‘Hen’ or ‘Stag’ events.

Guests may arrive from 16:30.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on your departure day.
